Why specialty contractors switch

Built generic enough to fit any trade without forcing a template.

Customizable line items

Save the work you do over and over as reusable line items. Garage door opener install, gutter guard upgrade, fence post replacement — each priced and ready to drop into estimates.

Custom pipeline statuses

Default statuses (Lead → Estimated → Approved → Scheduled → In progress → Billed) cover most trades. Need a custom stage like 'Awaiting permit' or 'Materials shipped'? Add it.

Customer-facing approvals

Same approval-link flow every trade uses. Customer signs on a phone, you get a timestamp, the job moves forward.

Vendor + markup tracking

Your supplier relationships are your business. Track vendor receipts, apply markup, see the actual cost vs. the bid on every job.

Schedule and crew assignment

Whether the crew is one person or twelve, the schedule view shows who's on what this week. Print it, email it, or sync to a calendar app.

Fast invoicing

Convert any approved estimate to an invoice in one click. Customer pays by ACH or card from the email link. Money in the bank the same week the job finishes.

Common questions

Questions specialty trades ask

I do gutters. Will it work?
Yes. Build your line items — gutters by linear foot, downspouts per unit, gutter guards by foot, trim color upcharge. Walk the property, drop the line items, send the approval link. Customer signs, you install, you bill. Same flow as every trade.
What about foundation repair with engineering inspections?
The engineer's report and inspection can be tracked as a phase or as a custom pipeline status. The estimate carries the engineered fix as a line item. Customer signs, work scheduled, final inspection photographed and attached to the file.
I do solar installs — does it handle permits and utility paperwork?
Yes for the parts that matter to the job — permit number, utility coordination notes, system specs, attached docs. It's not a solar-specific tool, so it won't generate the PE-stamped drawings for you. It'll track them on the job.
What if my trade isn't on the Solutions list?
Construction Scope is designed generic enough to fit any trade that runs on jobs, estimates, change orders, and invoices. Solutions pages exist for the 12 trades we hear from most. If your trade isn't here, the product still works — you're just one of the trades we haven't written a landing page for yet.
